dc.description.abstract | A simple method for the detection of traces of oxygen in gas streams is described. The method is based on the colour change which occurs when leuco-methylene blue is oxidised to methylene blue. Suggested uses of the method are in argon-arc welding and glove-box work where oxygen must be excluded. | en_AU |
