dc.description.abstractThe tine resolved spectrum of the x-ray emission from the dense plasma focus has been measured over the energy range 1 to 5 keV using a four channel foil absorption spectrometer. The energy distribution of the electrons in the plasma can be calculated from these measurements and the electron temperature derived.en_AU
