dc.description.abstractA computer code for the analysis of energy flows in an electricity generating system is described. Account is taken of the energy investment in new generating plant as well as the annual energy requirements to provide fuel. Time delays are introduced to place the demands when they occur. All energy inputs are divided into thermal and electrical components. The program can handle a mix of station types which may be conventional and/or nuclear.en_AU
