dc.description.abstractThe software interface between a UNIX/IDRIS system and the Dataway network at the Lucas Heights Research Laboratories is described. The interface gives complete control over the network without the need for a detailed knowledge of low-level protocols and error recovery mechanisms. Several examples of the use of the interface are given.en_AU
