dc.description.abstractSecondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (SIMS) was applied to determine segregation-induced concentration gradients in BaTiO3 and its solid solutions. The obtained results indicate that the surface layer of undoped BaTiO3 and Nb-doped BaTiO3 is enriched in Ti. The effect of oxygen activity on segregation is reported.en_AU
