dc.description.abstractDiffusion coefficient of Nb in BaTiO3 was determined in the temperature range 1573-1773 K. The obtained diffusion data are in good agreement with the chemical diffusion coefficient of undoped BaTiO3. The process of Nb incorporation into BaTiO3 is not detectable below 1573 K.en_AU
