dc.description.abstractThe problems encountered in carrying out precise investigations of the effects of neutron irradiation on the properties of materials are discussed. Various experimental techniques which have been developed to overcome these problems are described with particular reference to techniques which could be used in the Australian Atomic Energy Commission's research reactor, HIFAR.en_AU
