Abstract
A method is presented for the specific determination of uranium in ores by cathode ray polarography. The uranium is separated by a simple and rapid mercury-cathode electrolysis, then determined polarographically in a base electrolyte in which vanadium, titanium and tungsten do not interfere. Application of the method to the analysis of tens standard uranium ores is shown.
